What does the $25 print include?
Photo customization and one print in 4 × 6, 5 × 7 or 8 × 10 inches. Printing is included. Signe arranges pickup at a nearby print provider under your name. View the print order.
Is the print shipped to my home?
This offer is for local pickup. Provide your name and address so Signe can source a nearby print location. Contact Signe before ordering if you need another delivery arrangement.
How much is a custom gift basket?
Baskets start at $125. The final contents, price, shipping cost and timing are confirmed in your quote before payment. A quote request is not a paid order.
What information does a basket quote need?
The occasion, recipient’s name, shipping address, theme and gift ideas. Upload recipient photos and optional pet photos. You can also request items featured on the site; inclusion is confirmed in the quote.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photographs with visible eyes and markings are best. See the photo guide for file types and tips.
Can I request a custom scene or a pet other than a dog or cat?
Yes. Describe the pet, setting, text and occasion in your request. Birds, reptiles, horses and other companions are welcome.
Will I see a proof, and how many changes can I request?
Review a proof before final production. Confirm the included revision allowance and any additional charges with Signe before paying; do not assume revisions are unlimited.
Can you meet a particular date?
Contact Signe before paying to confirm availability, proof timing and fulfillment timing. Entering an event date on a form does not guarantee delivery on that date.
What does a team code do?
It opens that team’s collection. It is not a discount code. Parents and members choose their own items and pay individually when products are available.
Can I cancel, return an item or report a problem?
Contact signe@signeature.com with your order number. For an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, describe the issue and include photographs. Confirm cancellation and return terms with Signe before placing a custom order.
May I request photo deletion or ask about artwork use?
Email Signe about photo deletion, retention or intended use of the artwork before submitting if these affect your decision. Permission to process your request is separate from permission to use your photos in a public portfolio.
